Welcome to HLP Weitlaner Consulting.

I am a management and project consultant as well as interim manager of national and international projects or in project portfolio management.

I like to combine this with Cultural Change Management to establish good processes and results in a sustainable and effective way. In doing so, I use Lean, Agile and SAFe approaches for business transformation.

In addition to extensive know-how, I have a wealth of experience in international project business, including several years abroad in Africa, Asia and South America.

I am an IPMA Level A® Certified Project Director and Lean Business Expert (Siemens cert.). I train and coach as a Certified SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC).
